Both dry hops for 5 days. Maybe 7 each next time. But I have an empty keg so impatient. [emoji19]

Yea, that's what I did mine for. Didn't feel like trying to weigh out each of the hops to split it into two dry hop additions.

Eventually I want to try and copy Russian river's recipe as exact as I can, using warrior and Amarillo hops and their double dry hopping schedule.

It feels like I've been ostracized to Siberia. I may have made a mistake changing positions and going to nights. Work is easier but I am tired as hell all the time now. I don't own a laptop or tablet I live on my iphone and the mobile app so I don't see the notifications. I'm off Monday night so I will get to watch my beloved Buckeyes second string beat up on Va Tech.

Water.
I can't get to the internet at work any longer, which means 80% of my work is going to not get done today. I call IT and they are everything wrong with this country. I spend most of the time spelling my name. Then when I say I'm in North Carolina, they argue with me that I am in Florida. I finally gave up and said I was in Florida but I'm a telecommuter. Their English is so ****ing bad. Every 2 minutes there is a pause and I hear "ma'am are you there?" I'm not speaking because they told me they were looking things up, so of course there is silence. The kicker, I need Senior VP approval to have my ticket moved from a 3-5 business day turn time to a 2 business day turn time. Like some SVP has time for that bull****.

There's the rant for you all.

I'll never forget asking certain questions in combat training after boot camp. I asked why the flak jacket seemed so flimsy in comparison to other pieces of armor. Our instructor said, pretty sure this is verbatim, "Its not so much to keep stuff out, it's to keep stuff in if you are stupid enough to take some shrapnel it will be easier to put you back together."
