Hobbit Toes. This one was a half ass gusher. Hope that's not a sign of a bigger problem. I know my capper works, I almost shot the cap across the kitchen.

This just makes me wish Celebration was back. It's good, but Celebration is a red IPA, and a damn good one. Why make 2? I mean, aside from the "fresh hopped" marketing BS, which it doesn't need.

Sorry, @Hello rant over.

I'd rather have tumbler back for fall. Hope NB recipe for their nut brown will fill the void, brewing that this weekend.

OT more HB Columbus pale ale

Probably had something to do with the UFO outside:p
Imperial saison, too much work at the moment, ****ers need to find some qualified people.

Stay focused man. Post final results on PTE clone thread. About to keg mine..

For sure. I just bottled my first one the other day, it tasted really good trying it uncarbed -- after my f***ing spring nozzle came off my f***ing bottling wand into the beer and spraying beer all over my floor. At least it was the first beer, but I panicked for a second before I got the valve shut on my fastferment.

How long did you dry hop yours for?

I heard this is where the drunks hang out. My IPA.

Both dry hops for 5 days. Maybe 7 each next time. But I have an empty keg so impatient. 😒
