Yeasty carb sample of my Cream Ale, almost spot on after 2 days. Tastes exactly like a coors light brewed with ale yeast, notty is floccing clean @ ~62°. Chasing with a BL pounder.

Fining with gelatin now and will bottle some up for skunking in a few days. I r homebrewer. #4000

Our market is even getting saturated, and we only have ~240k people in the "metro area."

Two new breweries just popped up, and there is one that has been operating for a little over a year. Wish I had a few hundred grand, I'd throw my hat into the ring.

There's a cool million people in the city and surrounding suburbs, plus all the small towns around. We have 3 breweries, 4 if you count one that's 30 miles away. And one closed a few years ago. Just need that $500K.

Actually, the first place we ever camped was a Yogi Bear spot in PA. They had a watermark that was a summer day-drinking dream, if you're into getting tipsy and blasting children and their parents with water cannons. It was epic.

Reminds me of the commandments they used to sell on South Street. Sadly, that place went out of business, but when they were around you got easily 3 pounds of beef, tomatoes, rice, peppers, cheese and sour cream crammed into a tortilla for under 8 bucks with a soda and a side of mini-churro. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it lol

Well, it's wrecking me right now. He must have put two cups of brown rice, a cup of beans and a pound of pulled pork in it. He couldn't even get the tortilla to close!
