Heading up to the hunting property today for a work weekend. Between that, working on my kitchen and my job, I'm going to be dead next week. @disturbdchemist I have willed my cellar to you. Haha

After you die, is there a particular contractor you want us to call to do the kitchen right and finish the job?

Are you kidding? I'll be dead. I won't give a crap what the kitchen looks like. That'll be my wife's problem.

I drank beer last night. Dont you back out on your will!!

Here's what we'll do. @disturbdchemist will cut the glass in two so each of you can have part of it.

Well, far be it for me to disinterest @WesleyS further, but here is the recipe and I harvested the spruce tips from the 2 Blue Spruce trees in my yard.

Still not interested.

Should of gone with flight to the death.

FTFY. Here are the rules. Two men enter. one man leaves. You each pick two bottles, pour a 4 glass flight. Then sample until the bottles are gone. Then pick two more. The survivor gets the remaining beers in the cellar.

What did you carb it at? Looks like it has some good carbonation for kegging yesterday

Was a little lower as I filled the keg up past the co2 tube haha. I've never filled a keg that high in the past and all my beers have great carbonation after 18 hours or so. It's sitting at 11 psi right now. My gas is also low. It'll be fine in 2 days.

In a few hours (when I get out), I will be drinking my original Bird Brew Citra IPA. I sampled it 24 hours after I dry hopped in the keg and it was oh so good. I pulled the bag out last night (3 days) and am chilling it. Does not quite taste like any IPA I have had, yet it is very delicious! It will be entered in a home brew comp. in the coming weeks. I think it may stand out enough to place. ...But I will just be happy to have the feedback.

I will load up a few growlers to bring to some friends, where I grew up, this weekend.

Kombucha with a little tepache and a dose of the squirty-flavory stuff...mango-passionfruit, I think. Most recent batch of kombucha fermented to very tart...needs a little doctoring to make it palatable.
