re-read what you wrote though. You said he was a good guy though as in defense of him. Which I concur based only on his reputation there and wasn't poking fun at his movie, merely laughing at how accurate it is when it comes to certain folks.

We're fine, unless we're not. /shrug

Oh, we're square. I have no idea who he is,

I hate bottling, but love designing labels. I'll have to bottle a few off the keg just to have these around.

Not bad, better than a lot.

Stupid earlier post didn't... well, post.

How do you like the bucket? I really need something to control temp, but after looking into a chest freezer to convert into a fermentation chamber I decided I didn't have the space. And I want the ability to get as close as I can to the temp I want to ferment at.

I just got mine on friday. They are pretty sweet and I see myself enjoying them. Both are happily bubbling away with a blonde.
I would definitely go for temp control before flashy fermenters. A 5 cubic foot freezer or a dorm fridge that will hold a bucket or carboy may be a better investment though YMMV.

85 degrees and stout season.

Definitely stout season. Had a chub while changing the oil in my bike (started raining for 10 minutes as soon as I got the last of the oil in it) followed by this. Canned on 9/17/14

Then two more HB pales

Things went a lot slower than planned on this project. But, all the subfloor is replaced, new back door in, and about ready to put the bottom cabinets back in. Then atleast it will be functional while I float over the the walls, retexture and paint in my spare time.
Off brand soda and bourbon. Any guesses on the soda to bourbon ratio?

Nice. Took 18 months to rebuild my basement a while back.

50/50 on the ratio?

That ratio is probably pretty close.

By the way, I skipped the last 200 +/- posts. Hope I didn't miss much. I don't have any "mentioned in post" alerts, so apparently the conversations in here have been boring.

Not much. Queue @Hello for the recap. Wish I could recall that much. This, and it is likely the nightcap. 0400 comes early. Lego provided by the 5yo.
