Haha very true. If i had JP available here id probably do the same. Its worth a try at least once though.

Nice. Nothing like cooking outside on the grill and/or smoker. I'm jealous. Been inside all day and most of this last week trying to rest enough to kick this crud I've been dealing with. I hope to make up for lost time once I feel better. I'll be grilling until my wife is sick of grilled food.
