If your car is sh!tting, you might need to see a mechanic. Do they have the ridiculous emissions testing along with state inspection crap up there? I'm certain a sh!tting car wouldn't pass that.

I'd post a pic of my inspection hookup but we've literally been friends for almost thirty years and it would just be mean. He has a permed mullet and a Magnum P.I. 'stache. He's also the best dude.

And I drive a '14 now. No worries. Previous hoop rides have been less.

Don't. They honestly don't care. Cars want food and a place to sh!t. Give them that and they're yours.

Bowser won't bite you if you have a whole chicken breast doubled in your fist. Trust me, I tested this.

Dogs have owners. Cats have staff.

SWMBO and I have two dogs and one cat, so I often feel like the middle man in my own home. Its bull, but also why I spend more time with my dog.

Now, just having a MILF before bed.

I need an inspection hook up. I have to somehow make my POS last another two years until my wife's car is paid off before I can think about getting a new(ish) truck. Now with the new law, I can't even renew my registration until I can get my truck all fixed up and pass inspection. Ridiculous. So what if my check engine light is on.

Check engine is usually easy. Take it to O'Reilly or Autozone.

Other than that we're all screwed with the new law. No more faking it.

Damn Wesley that blows. But your description of white trash says it all. It's always the owner's fault. My pit mix is the biggest sweetheart of a dog I have ever seen and has never had any problems, she just loves being around people and will lick any burglar to death at worst. My neighbor across the street had a 200 pound dog (can't remember the name of the breed but sure I'll remember it tomorrow) that attacked his wife and almost killed her when he fell down the stairs and she went to check on him. But then again, that guy is is a huge drug addict and owns various military vehicles and assault weapons so he's all f#@ed up to begin with. It starts with the owners

Yeah, I really didn't mean to speak out against all pit owners, it's just more dangerous when an aggressive dog happens to be large. I had a rather large boxer years back. He was the biggest of the litter and grew to be a huge dog. But, he was the biggest sweetheart and the best dog anyone could ask for. I could stick my hand in his bowl while he was eating and get not even the slightest snarl or growl. Sucks I had to get him put down for health reasons. Worst day of my life. But, I can only imagine if he had a different temperament and had been vicious. He could've easily overpowered me and killed me if he absolutely wanted to. Owned by someone else and he could've been a very dangerous dog.

It seems that Finns have jumped on the bandwagon as well:

From Pori, Finland a brewery named "Beer Hunter" after the famed and beloved Michael Jackson, a 7% ABV, 100 IBU IPA

I think it's a combination of bad owner and breeding pit bulls were bred for certain Characteristics and if you look at the history of the breed it's no wonder that it's that breed dog people always have to defend by using the "bad owner" arguement. Are there no bad owners of golden retrievers or cocker spaniels? Of course there are but you never read about them mauling people.

Cocker Spaniels are a-holes. All of em.

You, Sir, are off track.

A Pit Bull is one of the most wonderful and obedient creatures on this entire planet. He will stop at no lengths to please his human. A dog's emotional intelligence is far beyond any other creature on this planet, other than a human, but still is only comparable to a 2 year old human child - they do not know the concepts of shame, guilt, or contempt. If your 2 year old child bites visitors to your home, is it acceptable or are you a bad parent for not teaching them better? I will hold you in contempt of civil society for allowing your 2 year old to believe that it is acceptable behavour to bite people.

Belgian homebrew night.

Started with a club member's Saffron Tripel. Made as part of our Annual "12 beers of Christmas" beer exchange, based on Randy Mosher's Radical Brewing recipes/guidelines (pp. 166)

Went on to a cork/cage bomber of "Bretty Betty," A Brett Brux Saison that I made last May. 1.057->0.999...yup.

Now I'm onto my "Second Coming" Dubbel. Pils, Aromatic, Belgian Caramunich, D180 Candi Syrup, and WLP545. 8.8% and Dangerous.

:drunk:

Off track? In what way? the breeding history is a matter of fact not my opinion. Certain breeds were never intended to be snuggling up to your children in the living room and any assertion to the contrary is based on emotion not fact.I think you're off track comparing any animal to a human being I find any such comparisons offensive.

What happened in the world that dogs became humanized? This isn't directed at you podz but feel free to chime in. When did dogs go from an animal sleeping outside in the yard guarding the house or herding the sheep to a member of the family who's in the family picture and in the will?

I'm getting kind of jaded I'm up all night on my days off and every other commercial is sarah mclachlan singing that sappy ass song
"in the arms of the angels fly away from here
from this dark cold hotel room"
Wtf does that have to do with a dog being abused? Also why are they prolonging those animals suffering by filming them when euthanasia is clearly the humane thing to do? Trying to elicit guilt money from suckers. Perfect time to go get another beer or make a sandwich if you ask me.

Also sorry to tell you guys this but your dog doesnt have a soul and isnt going to heaven. That's in the bible. I'm pretty sure that's in the bible. I may have made that up. Lol

I don't like pit bulls. I have personal experience to blame for my feelings toward them.

I am just glad I still have my nuts.

:)

flocc all the breed hate. it's like saying all white people are hill billy white trash. and the moment they stopped being an only outside animal was the moment they were domesticated. are they just duck huntin' tools you keep outside until you want to fire up the truck and get mud on yer tahehrs? dogs most definitely feel shame and guilt. they also feel depression and joy.

cawfeh.

Offensive as you may find it, dogs are the most socially intelligent creatures next to humans. So advanced that they actually are equivalent to 2-3 year old human beings. They are even more socially intelligent than our primate cousins. This was a matter of symbiotic evolution.

Pit Bulls are not bred to be agressive toward humans, and they never have been. In fact, the direction has been entirely the opposite: bred to be human friendly and dog-agressive. However, like some other terriers they have a very strong desire to please their human. So you find a lot of people who have a short doo-hickey between their legs and in order to compensate they get a Pit. They teach the Pit to handle their own agression towards others that they are not physically capable of handling themselves. The Pit, being the people pleaser, will do anything to get the good-boy pat on the head. Absolutely anything. It has the mind of a two year old child and does not understand guilt but it does understand and crave praise.

In fact, the American Pit Bull, yes that is the real name, was bred to specifically take care of young children. Specifically. But it will do anything to please a person with a mental shorty, and there are enough of those kinds of people around.

40 years ago, you never heard of a Pit biting anyone because it hadn't become the fad to use them as compensation tools.

You want to know the dog who really has the most agressive behaviour toward anything? That would be a Jack Russell. I have one, and she easily dominates males twice her size. She was a rescue and she bit my wife right through the hand when we first got her. Over a period of 2 weeks, I had to forcefully pin her down 4 times. She is not human agressive anymore, toward anybody.
