You know, it should inoculate and I'll be there tomorrow so I can always go hug it and make sure it knows I still love it.

I will say this, I am making the move to electric and after yesterday, I realize that a single issue with the panel can ruin or stop a brew day. I won't have the liberty of swapping to propane on the fly like we did here. Going electric is serious and doesn't mean I can nap while brewing.

@remmy I couldn't follow what is happening today but if it's another interview then good luck. I've been job hunting for three weeks now and have only had one interview. They get to the pay part and laugh at me. I'm not asking for more, I just want to make the same.

Thanks - today's lasted four hours and was exhausting as hell. I ate like a beast when I got home and just pounded two waters.

Slightly underpitched WLP380

After primary fermentation is done rack into a keg on top of a bottle of Langers Pineapple Juice, let sit at room temp for 24-36 hours to let a little residual sweetness to ferment out, then stick in the fridge, carb, and get smashed.
