Transferring a Malbec/Shiraz blend into a carboy. Have a Webelos den meeting in a bit then taking 10 gallons of chocolate coffee stout to the LHBS to transfer into a Jack Daniels barrel. Should be a decent day.

Ahhh... Survived the 4 hour sleep, dragging the teenager to practice at 0430, a wipeout at mile 5.5 that pushed my $@%# finish time to 1:00:48. FML.

Oh well, beer festival starts in 30 minutes! Yes, I am working it, but that means not having to wait in lines.

Pulled a few samples. First was lamBEEC kriek. Brewed on 1/20/14; tacked onto sour cherries 7-24-14. I'm loving this one already. Need to brew another batch so I can blend and bottle next year.

Then my Hunaphu clone. Brewed 10-25-14. Tastes like awesome! Threw in three and a half ounces of cacao nibs, a vanilla bean and half a cinnamon stick. Oh and some oak honeycomb that's been soaking in Elijah Craig for three months. Also made tinctures of the ancho, Guajillo and pesilla chilies. Can't wait to bottle this in a couple months
