@Onetoeddogberry the original recipe is on the recipes section under Hi Nelson! It was submitted By @fuzzymittenbrewing I made a few tweaks to my mine but, don't get me wrong the original is also awesome.

Thanks. Wow after reading the thread it sounds fantastic. I've been looking for something to brew that's maroon-ish in color. My wife is graduating from Texas A&M next month this will be perfect to serve at the party.

What ya growing?

Cabbage, jalapenos, tomatoes, bell peppers, habanero. I plant a salsa garden every year. I take everyone else's left over **** thats a pain to use up. I'll never run short of free zucs or cucs around here, lol.

2nd shift Sub Mission IPA. Apparently makes tacos 36% better.

Sucuba Barrel Ages Barely Wine taster followed by a taster of Wookie Jack. Too bad I have to drive, would love to stay here all night. Picked up a 4 pack of the Wookie.

Partial mash version of Cooper's Choc Liqueur Stout recipe. This is my second attempt and it's kinda OK. It's not bad but its not what I'm looking for in a chocolate stout. I'll be trying an all grain recipe next time.

Ok...I'm revising my previous post. I cranked the gas on the porter a couple days ago because my wife was getting impatient to try it. Now that it is fully carbonated, this is hands down the best beer I've ever made, and I prefer IPAs to porters.

Looks like I'll be telling the wife this one didn't turn out. Ok I'm lying...I want her to vouch for how good it is.

Sharing with my brother. This was totally unexpected. My friend got it as an extra in a trade, but he apparently doesn't like stout all that much :)confused:), so he gave me this in exchange for two bottles of my Cockamouse IIPA.

AG Pilsner with Bohemian floor malted grain and black creek michigan grown Saaz hops. 75 year old Father in law just fell victim to keg in garage... He's plastered... I'm going to bed....

If you had time to post that you were waiting for coffee, get out of there asap.

Unfamiliar territory and haven't eaten in 12 hours. If i were coming back here i wouldn't, that's for sure. But at least i got to hit State Line Liquors on the way up. Sad thing is I'm not even up here for judging this weekend...for my wife's birthday took her to a rare US show of At The Gates. Plus Converge, which was good stuff.

Converge just rips. Bucket list band for sure.
