!/2 green tea & 1/2 Earl Grey Kombucha...turned out to be quite drinkable. I might not do it again by choice, but in a pinch, I wouldn't hesitate.

Pulled out 2 gallons of my Steinpilz Gose to bottle. Leaving behind a little trub that came with the racking. there should be a good 2-1/2 gallons left for @Hello to keg for comparison (No rush...it ain't goin' anywhere! I just had some time today.) I'm running the bottles though the dishwasher now, to make sure they are good and clean before I rinse them with Star-San. Oh, and my Centennial rhizome that I planted last year is popping up some sprouts!

I love Chicago been there many times but I have to say the Chicago style pizza is the most overrated part of Chicago for me. I love me a Chicago style hot dog however.

No idea who in my family is responsible for grabbing this cup. But it's great. It makes my beer taste better instantly!

It looks like she is blowing out candles... Don't see a cake.

Just go to founders. Buy the kids a ton of candy and leave them in the car.... That would be father of the year status.
