Everything went well. I am the proud father of a 8 lb 6 oz girl. Daughter #2

Sprite hoping friends bring beer when they visit

Congratulations!

My latest stout, spent a lot at the liquor store and didn't bring home a lot but got a free Dogfish head glass out of the deal, beers chilling;)

Dat Citrosaic Wheat Pale.

Hope you enjoyed that. I like my recipe, for the Dubbel itself, but not with the cinnamon. There is currently a case-and-a-half of that beer in the garbage can awaiting pick-up by the garbage truck.

Dumping it bottles and all??? :(

Water while I attack this.

Looking good. Wife is sick, so going healthy tonight. Pasta with pea pesto and kale on the side. Pesto is on point.

Having my DIPA and watching some hockey pregame while the kids play a game on the computer. I love it when they play together nicely. :D

I need to get me another one... it's probably not far off. On the topic of kids, mine just begged me to put her socks on her hands. Whatever.

Yes. I've finally decided I will never brew a spiced beer again.

Pesto is on point? I think the cool kids call it "on fleek."

I come to the same conclusion every time I brew a spiced beer....

But I've never brewed something so bad I'd pitch the bottles too.

I could have let them sit even longer than I have. But I had one the other day and I couldn't finish the entire pour. I've brewed a few pumpkin ales and while they've been better than my cinnamon dubbel, I decided I wouldn't make another pumpkin ale next season.

Spices won't touch my beers unless it's coriander in my Saisons.
