Boiling just mellows the oak pulls ouf tannins etc. the water i boiled with looked like a cup of coffee. All of that would have been in the feementer and I want just a little oak character

I don't know, man. Survive, yes. Survive completely intact? Doubtful. I barely sobered up in time to drive to home, but of course it wasn't just the Slightly Stoopiders that we drank.

This. It's clean refreshing nothingness, followed by foamy, sad mouthfeel and aroma reminiscent of an unclean bathroom at Ralph Wilson Staduuim keeps me coming back for more as I watch my friends play call of duty until I leave to start my honest work week.
