The recipe? I bumped my thread in Lambic with a pic and tasting note. The recipe is there. I'm getting Chardonnay on the nose and grapefruit and mango on the palate with some tart funk.
I've just started messing with Brett this year and it's amazing what it can do.

Innkeeper from Northern Brewer, all graian. Wyeast 1469 is key, I believe. I really like this brew. Very complex flavor profile that gets better as the temperature approaches 50 degrees or so.

Very nice imperial stout. Very chocolatey, great coffee and roast notes. Hides the 9.5% ABV well.

This tastes off tonight. I'm hoping its just this bottle but the vanilla tastes almost perfumey.

Maybe up the lactose 50%, i was also thinking of upping the victory malt a little as well. The real thing seemed to be sweeter than mine.
