Finishing this Yellow Rose IPA with some 4 year cheddar, damn fine way to spend the night.
 
A black and tan of sorts... I've got an amber and a bock on tap at the moment. I mixed the two and it's pretty good.
 
Last one for tonight...personally, I would prefer less bittering and more aroma for the hops. (I don't think Sierra Nevada is going to bend to my will...ah well.)
