HT clone. 1st sample/gravity check. Came out at 9%, but with 17oz hops, not really detecting massive aroma/flavor. Should be called Heady Warmer now.

A spontaneously fermented cider. It just took off in the jug without any help from me. It's pretty good. I wish my own cider tasted this good.

Chocolate milk stout, Need to keg a citra IPA, bottle a small batch 100% brett saison, measure for a full size batch tomorrow and probably a couple other things,
2nd Sweet stout, after Simcoe IPA. With homemade meatballs.

Apparently getting screwed into staying home for the night instead of going to a concert (with SWMBO), stuck watching Annie instead of the hockey game, and SWMBO said no to hanging out with a buddy. Wtf went wrong?

Besides, she took the kids grocery shopping earlier (while I cleaned and blasted music) and it's her cousin's band that's playing haha
So yeah. This is a little thin but very mellow and good. Best beer they've made.

Having this vanilla bean aged Porter it's good but they just started bottling and think something is off the carb is like soda was there then gone instantly no lacing or any carb ring it would be amazing with carb shoulda had a homebrew lol
