Which is?

2 cans of frozen pink lemonade, one can of frozen mixed berry and 6 cans of frozen grape concentrate along with 2kg of sugar and water to 21L. ended up at 1.062, fermented to 0.998 with ec 1118. Its got a mild carbonation and is very smooth. kinda got a fruity zing to it, reminds me of sparkling cranberry soda pop a little.

i guess the short answer is "hooch" lol.:tank:

Very delicious Old Ale. Nice, complex malt profile with notes of dark fruit and pleasantly warming alcohol. Can't wait to get back to Houston so I can have more Saint Arnold.

I've been wondering. I see so many "clones" of it that are so different. I have a recipe that came right from Bells. Obviously it is a little different to accommodate our equipment but I wonder how close it is.[/QUOTE]

Definitely interested in hearing how it comes out if you attempt it.

I'm drinking water with hops tincture. No joke. Don't want another beer but hoping this mellows me out a bit.

Want bomb!

Drinking my over carbonated vanilla stout. Only batch truly over carbed that I didn't take part in the measurement of the sugar. Coincidence? Probably not. That'll learn me!

Stuck a hydrometer sample in the fridge earlier today from my Scottish Samhain Pumpkin Ale...it went from something like 1.083 to 1.031 in 4 days. Still has a little bit to go before secondary, but it cleared nicely in the fridge. I have to say, even this early, this is really reminding me of the Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin Ale! (My favorite, BTW) In a few days, this will go to secondary where I have in the recipe to add a vodka soaked vanilla bean, more roasted, canned pumpkin and another dose of spice (which, at this point, is subtle...and good, but I'm afraid it will fade if I don't reinforce it). Opinions? I may have to reach out to a local brew buddy for an early evaluation! Hello?

Wife has shoulder surgery tomorrow morning...next few days should be interesting.

HB pale ale. Found this guy on my mill. When I carried him out of the garage he gave me a look like "Where are we going?"

Having a Roadsmary's Baby. Got a single just to try it. Just not a fan of most pumpkin beers anymore I think.
