Any good beer in Kansas? :D

of course there is! i can pretty much get anything from colroado, but my local brewery, TALLGRASS, makes some amazing beers. their belgian trippel is killer as well as their 2 ipa's and pale ale! if you have not had tallgrass it is definitely one to try. just look at the size of their beers! haha they even offer their kits through Northern Brewer so you know they are good! the second picture is their belgain trippel

Awesome! I'm up for a trade.

water. going to take the fam to a parade in another town in a little bit. that and I need to drink more water.

Water is the main ingredient in beer so if you increase your beer consumption, you are increasing water consumption. That's what I tell myself at least. On my 2nd Torpedo. Probably gonna switch to my pineapple hefe next to eff with my tastebuds cause I don't have anything better to do at the moment.

Bomber of my APA, followed by my Cal Common. Figure I'll stick to the Cal Common and my Black IPA for the rest of the night, since they're starting to head downhill and I'd rather drink em while they're still good.

Cleaning up some space in the cellar...

Not terrible, but I wouldn't buy it (got it as partod a gift)

You're going to need some room in your cellar. I've been looking for a new folding market cart so I can just take the train to Ardmore and then drunkenly wheel my beer back to the hotel. :D

Hmm, then why is it I feel so much better the next day when I drink water in between beers instead of beer between beers?

And....a nice glass of water for me after some saison (of course.)

In all fairness, I never claimed to be smart or right... Water just tastes so much better with barley and hops in it.

I miss waking up to this view so much that I visit it every day on my way home from lab.

Ooh, Upright, I'm jealous.

Yup it was the same bgsa and to be 100% honest I think using the honey in it left a bit of a funny aftertaste myself. Nevalton makes an awesome BGSA though. Next time i'll do all candi or table sugar. Like I did in the tripel that was on tap this last weekend for the party (5 gallons of Kolsch gone in 2 hrs and Tripel was right behind it)

On the beer I should have mentioned that it was from Rivenin! I'm pumped to try it thanks man! :mug:

With all this talk of award winning brews, I'm going to go grab my GABF Award winning 70/ Scottish Ale! (It's just that nobody knows it but me right now) Lets go Buccos!

Draking WesleyS home brew marked belg. Pretty tasty thanks

That would be my It's A Trapp!
Belgian pale ale with Sorachi Ace hops and Trappist yeast.
How is it?

Having my Galaxy white IPA clone-ish. Opened a 750 thinking my wife would have another beer, but she's off to bed. Shucks. The weird Rayon Vert-ish bite is fading, I think I've got 20 bottles left, so hopefully I'll let at least a case make it past the 1 year mark. I've really got to start brewing 10 gallon batches.
