Aviator Brewing Devil's tramping ground tripel... For 9% this one sure went down smooth!!! no alcohol bite at all!
They served it in an Aviator glass too, their logo is brilliant!

I just sampled my first lambic - a Lindemans Gueuze Cuvée René. A cap and a cork - classy!

I was worried about what it would taste like. It's really very good - a nice dry beer with a lemony sourness. Definitely tasty!

FYI the dragon's breath are from Bayern brewery. They are a great dark hef. Lots of yeast to harvest too
