Second bottle of the night.

Surprisingly bitter and hoppy for a beer brewed in Scotland. :rockin:

Nice hops in that beer both aroma and bitterness eh? :ban:
Also, it's a nice bottle for our homebrew.

Right now, I'm having a local brew from McAuslan Brewing and this is my favorite Pale Ale of them all.

CHEERS everyone!

Tonight I'm drinking the first batch I have ever made of dry stout, its awesome. You would think that I would have done a dry stout before batch number 63!

Had a Tsingtao with my Mongolian Beef. Not all that good by itself, but works extremely well quenching those little red peppers.

Just finished a Boulder Brewing Hazed and infused... meh.

Now I am drinking a homebrew Im calling "my 3 cents"
1.100 OG
100 IBU
Centennial Hops.

Tasty.

Victory Wild Devil. Definite Brett character in the nose, a touch of the characteristic pie cherry tartness followed by the usual Hop Devil hop punch.

Hydro sample from Common Room ESB. Is good! Mmmmm yeast....(I think I'll go have a pint of Brown Ale to wash it down)

Water..............for now, but I have to see how low my Mac and Jacks is when I get home and see if it can be finished, it was really light the other week and I have to be close.

Long Hammer IPA. Man, I forgot how good this stuff is. Hope mine comes out as good, bottling on Saturday.

Sipping slowly on a bottle of my Outer Limits IPA.

Gotta try and drop a few before thong season is in full swing. :D

Thong's don't go out of season! It's just the close overtop of them that go out in the summer

"Tasting" my Fat Tire clone. hmm can't quite remember what it tasted like, One more Pint...hmmmm I wasn't quite paying attention....One more. My best brew to date. No "homebrew" taste. Would believe it was commercial.

Home Brewed Kolsch.

Not bad.
Not as good as the batches brewed last year with Wyeast's VSS Kolsch II yeast.

still, not a bad brew - considering I am nowhere near Germany. :rockin:

Found a new Wheat Beer that I really like.
Napa Smith Brewery Wheat beer

It has a really interesting taste, and it is priced inexpensively.

Trying new beers really helps me understand styles... and this one has made me rethink wheat beers.

Deschutes Hop Henge IPA.
This experimental IPA is quite flavorful. I like it.

The taste is initially bitter but dries out and reminds me of LemonTRIX.

Going to have to age some of this and see what happens. :ban:
