Ok, thanks. I only saw three of the plug wires. I also thought the Kei was a Suzuki Samaria. Thank you for the clarity.
Kei translates to "light automobile" in Japanese, and they are usually powered by 600cc motors. This one, however, has a big 1L motor from Nissan (lol @ big). Interestingly enough it makes about 75hp, and the suv behind it makes low 60s. That extra cylinder in the Figaro isn't adding much, ha ha.

At Southern Tier Brewing Company with the family for dinner before the Stephen Sanchez concert my oldest wanted to go too.
Session Hazy IPA which was really good with my wife having a canned cocktail.
Then a Ghost Note which will be released tomorrow.

It was a free pour and pretty tasty!

I’ve had plenty of 805’s here, but this is my first time with my new drinking buddy. Important texts have been exchanged all day and the family consensus is his name is Growler! Beer and big cat related!

Now the real question is why three daughters, two of which are 20-somethings and one remarkably a 30-something would decide I needed, and then purchase me a Lion drinking buddy for my birthday. Maybe it’s the Leo birthday? They must be telling me to get a life!

I thought Lowenbrau; I thought Brewster; I thought Half-Pint; Even Buzz was considered. All felt that Growler was his name and so it is!

Oh, the 805 – it’s great too. Cheers!

Festbiers are arriving! Yes, that hallowed time of year will soon be upon us, the BEER SEASON. I can only speak for myself, but I suspect many other beer enthusiasts out there cherish the September-October time each year as much. Did I say October? I meant OKTOBER!!! Yes!!!

Weinstephaner, IMHO the most correct, right-on and perfect brewer in the world has these nifty 500 ml bottles on the shelfs now. Hey, two of them fit my 1L Maßkrug! (not to be confused with that orangy stuff some other brewers sell in the States....) I love it!

Paulaner is the creator of the current “Festbier” and most Bavarian brewers more or less have produced Festbiers similar enough. While not one of the approved Oktoberfest Munich producers, Weihenstephaner nonetheless produces a fine Festbier. This one clocks in at 5.8% ABV, just enough to keep the party going all night without going Bluto. Luckily I can keep pace without filling up, the Beermeister32 internal capacity for several Maßkrugs borders on astonishing. Prost!

The big brown truck stopped by this afternoon and dropped off a really nice care package from @pshankstar. A nice assortment of beers, some HM limoncillo and hard lemonade, home-roasted coffee, and candy to clear my palate between drinks. ;)

Thanks for the awesome goodies!

21st century problems. Woke up late so brewing in the heat of the day, forget to get Calcium Chloride so chemistry is off for this IPA, for some reason my mash temp is way low and I'm watching the recording of the USA women VB getting their A$$e$ handed to them but only in the 2nd set. Hope things get better after cracking open this goodness.

Modelo while waiting for the end of the boil. Brewing a Mosaic SMaSH.

That reminds me of my Loan Pint Yellow Rose clones I used to do. Mosaic SMaSH. By chance my work buddy who got me into brewing, yesterday, said it was one of the best I've ever made when we were chatting about about brewing with my 18yr old trainee. Gee, now if I could remember how I did that? 🤔

Poor kid, he hears nothing but brewing beer, how our factory might be lucky to be around in 5yrs, how much exempts are $hitholes and early retirement in-between work garbage! 🤣
