4:00 can’t come soon enough around here – 4 pm and my thoughts begin to drift off, far from the dog eat dog issues of American business life – and on to something that would be a whole lot better for my palate and constitution – Murican Beer!

Well, sorta. Not sorta Murican, we know that. Sorta “beer.” The kind of beer I’ve been blending into the Beermeister32 drinking repertoire to lose weight. Read the can – 50 calories and no booze. DIET BEER!

So drinking these means being around maybe a bit longer to drink other powerhouse beer examples. That’s the New Deal. Lighten up on the daily brews. Live to tell about it. Enjoy!

Hmm. You know it's been a while when the HBT app doesn't work and you can't find it on the Google play store. Figured would shoot a little post. It's the first time brewing since I left Buffalo and got to the PNW in 2021. Little sample of a Falconers Flight NEIPA.

Funny enough, being an hr away from Yakima Valley, there really isn't a lot of good beer being made here ha.

Welcome back brother. I'm formally known as Pianoman. Glad to see your return! For a while I thought that chemistry degree got you going in a different direction, you know, like Breaking Bad..😉

I was thinking of you a few days ago. It’s good to see you back!
I’m drinking a late day coffee for now.

Haven't seen one of these in a long time so picked it up at a C store in GA to enjoy after our 10 hour road trip taking my granddaughter home. I think the last one I drank had a little more malt character and I believe it was made in Canada. This one is pretty much BMC and brewed in Fort Worth. Meh. Cold and wet.

I enjoyed the Premium, especially for the price.

Veltins makes a great Pilsener. Notice I used the Northern “Pilsener” rather than the Southern “Pilsner” you might use in the Munich area. Being located about 75 clicks outside of Dortmund in the North, you’d figure this would be a stiffer, Dortmunder-influenced brew, but it’s not. Just delicious, predictable Pilsner brewed with nice, predictable Continental hops. How can you go wrong?

Small head, decent lacing, grab these when you can!

It was quite the beer back in the day. I came close to getting in some real trouble a few times after downing a few oil cans of Foster's. Like getting chased out of a city park by the police when some inebriated friends and I were singing in the bandshell at 2AM.

None of us could carry a tune, so we deserved it.

@RevKev it's hard to believe you're 20deg hotter then center Texas right now! 🥵

Those looks like some kind of a KF25 vacuum adapter?

Yet another HB Belgian Tripel. Nice sunset colors.

We hit 108F today... I live in the desert of Eastern WA haha, tumbleweeds galore. Bought 2x 1.5in TC Dernord butterfly valves and a sightglass for trub dumb, and found that one came pre-crossthreaded from CN. NEIPA is getting dry hopped on yeast.

Was also the perfect timing for the compressor to give up the ghost and me to realize I don't have a multimeter haha, replaced fuses (60$) didn't solve and I think it's the run capacitor. What a week
