Curious what you think about Ft Point’s stuff. I was up there a couple months ago and I always try and drink local. Part of the benefit of traveling, and I seriously encourage everybody to do the same.

HB double ipa 9% abv galaxy, galaxy spectrum and Nelson. Got back in town and it’s ready to consume.

HB Belgian dark sour bucket sample been in the fermentor for 3 years. Bit of acetic but solid. Will see in another 18 months.

HB Dubbel and this local Quad. It's okay. There's some fruity esters. I've made much better but nothing in the fermenters to prove it so all I got. For those who don't know, the Violet Crown trail leads from town lake south and will eventually be 30miles long.

Mixed this with the ultra dry NEIPA for some hop presence.

Working on different water feature configurations before solidifying. These aren't working for me. Have a good plan for rev C.

Fresh homebrewed, New Zealand saison, fermented with Bootleg Biology Mad Fermentationist sacc, lacto and brett saison blend. Recipe called for the normal 2-3 weeks fermentation period. It tastes really good, but it looks and tastes like a hazy IPA

2 days in Yellowstone National Park so far. It’s a great place, but the crowds are insane!!

We've been twice (once days before they open the south entrance in May and the other time in September around Labor Day). May is where it's at! You risk white outs, closed entrances, etc, but you're gifted with a much less crowded park (and all the apex predators within a stone's throw).
