HB doppelbock. My first time brewing this. Great maltiness coats the mouth but finishes tight and clean. Came in at 9.5% and just over a month since kegged this is VERY dangerous as I wanna just drink this all night long lol.View attachment 813725

Tried this a little cooler than the60*f they recommend. Still too warm for me but lots of big flavors and aroma. I like it but will try it at 45-50 next time.

As promised, from @wetmk and the 12 Beers of Christmas 2022 Edition, here is the Saffron Triple. An amazing aroma, beautiful color, wife and I expected something medicinal because that sometimes happens with culinary herbs-NOPE! Tart, Saffron, lightly malty, clean and a slight fruitiness; just a fantastic beer.

I see '23 was released recently, but may be currently only available on tap at the brewery and their tap rooms. I'm thinking the general (bottle) release should be any day now.
