Thanks brother! I was hoping a little more dankness would have come through from the strata. It smelt dank out of the bag but really has some orange to it

The strata I brewed with was about a year ago and it brought the dank, they were BSG. I really enjoyed it. I'm planning a nelson combo of some sort for my next neipa but also want to use strata again.

Didn't they kind of miss the mark? 6-4-3--that's a double play thus a Dubbel. It's a Belgian yet they made it a Belgian Pale Ale. I was about to be impressed by the clever beer name.

Around the 1st of the year I posted a pic like this. Forgot who, but he said his wife said she couldn't believe I publicly posted a picture of beer while flying as the FAA WILL pull my license. Ha! She was training to be an Air Traffic Controller.

After getting the Honeycomb Quadrant and update 7, sim got smoother. This Quadrant has made flying 1000% better.

So the last few dark German beers I’ve had have had this dark stone fruit note to them that I don’t particularly enjoy in what’s supposed to be a fairly clean beer. Unfortunately, this one appears to be the same.

Not yet fully back to production but have a few on tap. They specialize in sours and odd pairings. This is a Coffee Cinnamon Kolsch.

That's some ridiculous specs you have in your computer and a very sweet setup. A friend of mine has basically a racing car in house for racing.
