I’m actually brewing a farmhouse with the cultures from the “farm beer” blended with cultures from another local brewery!
Very interesting beer from these excellent brewers. A cold ipa hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. The Nelson really shines on this awesome beer.

HB triple blueberry melomel. Blueberry blossom honey, blueberry juice and whole blueberries. The honey is mostly lost, but still a very good wine.

Should workout but beer and preparing for the Texas no license carry law which takes effect Sept 1st seems more entertaining.

Was only going to have one glass but new evacuations ordered in the Caldor fire getting closer to my granddaughter in South Lake Tahoe. Then just learned a new fire sprung up about 10-12 miles from dad in the foothills of the Sierras near Sonora. He said their prepping now. What a great day off..
