The Backwards Bastard glass was from last night with the OH yeast and the Mellow Mink glass is tonight with the Imperial POG yeast. Same HB NEIPA fermented with different yeast strains.

Having a beer after work at 3.00am (thank you COVID 19 for the pleasure of running a night shift). It's my Anchor Steam clone.

I brew this each year and wonder if I shouldn't brew it more often. It's something that I look forward to each year, so I'm a bit hesitant to debase its currency. I should stop thinking about it and get down to the serious business of enjoying it while it's here.
