Trying another sample from the 'Olde Peculiar' brew. It hasn't moved from 1.020 in a few days/daze so I'm going to bottle by tomorrow night.

Quite a unique beer, almost like a sharp lemonade, with a smoky, citrus/malty flavour. I can feel this beer, however, so I'm sure it's close to my 8.5% goal! Wooo!

I'd post a pic, but you've all seen beer before...lol. Having an injured right arm doesn't help things either..sigh.

There was a bit of air in the line from hooking up the raspberry aour to the new tap so figured I should pour a small glass to flush it out. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it!

A Blonde Ale from Froth Brewing. It has blueberry, açaí, lemon and vanilla in it. All the adjuncts show, not tart or sour. Just a liquid dessert. I think the base beer is a blonde ale till they add all the adjuncts.
