2 is usually sufficient.
Actually, my favorite is to cut an avocado in half, and throw a healthy spoon of salsa on top.

Maybe. Depends on what you like. St. Arnold's has a nice barrel program. Not the typical bourbon barrel stuff. A brewery I finally connected with in Houston has a killer NEIPA, Astral Psychonaut. Jester king of course, but they distribute widely. If you're in to big, aged stouts, I have a fairly extensive cellar.

Enjoying a DDH Citra Chroma from Other Half. It’s in there while I decided to reorganize my cellared bottles so they are not all mixed up. At least I have a spreadsheet to keep track of what I have. This doesn’t include the smaller 12oz or 375ml bottles.
