Having some wine tonight, but just racked my Munich Dark 2Hop into the secondary! Smells great, 1.075 first, 1.010 second...woohoo!

I'm not too worried about the bits in the neck... just a small amount of 'hop dust'

Having a Great Lakes chillwave DIPA while brewing a maris otter/Amarillo SMaSH with imperial flagship yeast. Also get to try out my new anvil brew bucket!

Chili has been in the slow cooker for a few hours now. The house is cleaned up for company. Meal prepping complete. Time for a beer!
Dank and earthiness to it. Slight bitterness and dry finish. Drinks more like a west coast IPA w/the look of a NEIPA.
