I'm sure what you said is funny but:Clean glass mafia!!!
1. I'm not sure what you mean.
2. My comment may have been taken differently than I meant it.

Still didn’t clean the glass lolView attachment 657555
Taste testing latest batch of tripel. Used bitter orange peel in secondary. Meh.
Clean glasses matter. Better for head retention, better aroma, and cleaner overall profile of the beer. There is a saying that if you care about how clean your glass is you’re part of the clean glass mafia, aka you care about every component of the beer/brewing experienceI'm sure what you said is funny but:

Someone's got their Ricky Gervais going.Damnit man,
You should post that in "You Know You're a Home Brewer when..." because I'm sure the majority of the population doesn't have a true appreciation for what a truly clean glass looks like and how it performs.

Yeah, I get it now. I'm right there with you. I've been to more than a few homes where the glasses the beer was served in look like they had been etched with lasers on 90% of the surface. What can I reasonably say without sounding like a terrible person? Nothing.Clean glasses matter. Better for head retention, better aroma, and cleaner overall profile of the beer. Nothing wrong with that. I concede that beer may taste better or shine in certain glasses but I don't conform to it. I have a tulip and a nonick and that's it. Edit: I use them according to the number of ounces to pour (12 or 16).You guys are gonna make me break out the mason jars?
I like pointing out when I see a good photo...good photo!coconut and IPA
Sorry, it only comes in 12oz bottles.

Glad to see another cider guy in here.

That was funny. I'm still (was) withholding my nephew story regarding proper glasses. He almost tore my head off when I said it doesn't matter much.Ok, y'all have forced my hand.
What are you going to do? If anything, having all those shapes is aesthetic.then joined the FotD.

I wouldn't hate having a six of those "appropriate" IPA glasses--purdy!
