Natural, wild fermented hard cider from my apples. I juiced them, put it in a jar, left it on the counter for a few days, and popped in the fridge last night when I got back home. Nice, sweet and very lightly carbonated (Co2 kind of escaped).

Glass from a colleague who picked it up in Trinidad and Tobago.

Cream of the Three Crops (a HBT recipe) Raspberry version. IMO, the Cream of the Three Crops gets better the longer it is in the keg.

I decided that five gallons of arrogant bastard clone would be to much for me. After feedback here I modified the kit recipe and came out with a mild brown or Amber. Tasty and easy drinking on this chilly night. Little sun behind it for fun
