Vancouver tomorrow and then Disney cruise to Alaska with my family starting Monday.

Best part about Vancouver is Wreck Beach during school semesters and more-so when it's hot out (for obvious reasons). Also their is a little pasta place, in the ghetto, that makes the best pasta I've ever had. It's small and has a LONG wait, but worth it.

HB GoodWood strongale 7.5%

Pale ale, three different crystal malts, secondary fermented over toasted juniper blocks (and you can really taste it) Awesome palate, earthy, bit nutty, hint of vanilla and a spice I can't quite put my finger on... All and all a success but it's such a complex and strong taste wise you can only drink one at a time.

It was smooth and light, a little strong but very crushable. First pull of my HB Belgian White Ale. Needs to be colder. Just threw it in the keezer around 10am. Tomorrow will be the test.
