Brewed this guy in July of 2017 - barrel aged [traditional] sour blonde ale.

Just a small sample while it is carbing in the keg. I still have about four gallons in the fermenter.

HB Belgian Pale. Almost there at a week and a half in the bottle. Many times better than the one I pulled at a week. Yes, I’m impatient but I also like to see how the beer evolves with time.

It’s good. Sunny Side Up is their flagship beer. I’m a little disappointed because I’m getting no pretzel flavor. It has a nice chocolate light coffee taste that finishes with a little vanilla.

"Kreativsud #2" 2nd beer made by a group of german craft brewers (Deutsche Kreativbrauer) that work against the Reinheitsgebot (german purity law). Smokey Bock with caraway, salt and juniper. Good stuff, but not for every day...
