My current feline companion, when she was younger, was obsessed with the wires behind the TV. Eventually, we both came to understand that this was just her way of getting a rise out of me when I wasn't paying proper attention. She accommodated my desire for her not to play with those wires by finding new ways to push my buttons.

I brewed this beer back in March.

It’s a Sorachi Ace Saison. I pitched WLP500. Shortly into fermentation it developed a nice pellicle. It must have picked up a wild bug at some point. So I doubled down and pitched some more bugs that I cultured from Trillium Wild.

What a great beer!!! Still very Sorachi Ace forward but more complex than an ordinary saison.

I'm in! Yuban dark roast.
After the weather warms up a bit, need to clean and sanitize BK, HLT, MT, and 3 or 4 fermenters. Headed for Mozambique at the end of January, so brewing will have to go on hold for awhile.
