Sadly they sold the parking lot to a hospital so that they could expand their parking, if I'm not mistaken. My wife and I went a few times while I was still woo'ing her and when it was still not just a parking lot. Sheez, that's been a few years now that I think about it.

I remember they reopened it...had a flee market also right? We'd go to Big Boy afterwards also. As a side note, the driving range just down the road here in SW Austin was sold and guess what they're putting up??? A medical facility. Guess entrepreneurs think they'll be plenty of older sick people soon...

They still have the flea market on Saturdays (or Sundays? or perhaps both days...not sure anymore. It's costs $5 to walk in, and I'm a cheap basturd).

When I was a kid, I used to ride my bmx bike from Seabright area of Santa Cruz to the flea market across town. Good times!
