Right now nothing but earlier I opened a bottle of porter braggot I brewed back around 2005 or 2006. They had been in a cabinet all this time, but when we recently moved I found the last 8 or 10 bottles, along with some cider from 2000, meads from 1996 and 2006, and the last 2 bottles of my 2003 barleywine. The braggot still was carbonated and was much better than I expected. The brandywines were not good-flat and oxidized.

This is a really nicely brewed beer. It smells like roses and has a great flavor to match. There are few beers that the wife likes and this is one.

I enjoyed that, but with omnipollo I expected a little more wow. Have you ever had the pecan stout noa, I think its called? Keep an eye out for that one.

Abita hop-on juicy IPA. Actually pretty smooth. At the universal studios Mardi gras celebration. Had to have gumbo, etouffee, and gator bites of course !

HB hulk smash double IPA. I did two row only and 7 oz of cascade schedule with 2oz dry hop and 1 whirlpool with Florida oranges and Florida honey. Beersmith said 115 IBU. Still came out smooth and actually very drinkable

Juice from half a lemon, whiskey, and honey. As close to equal parts as I could eyeball it.

I've been dealing with a sore throat and cold this past week. This is a small batch of my FiL's cold remedy.

Not a cure, but it feels good.

It’s good. It’s a bit on the salty side but has a lot of flavor and a nice heat to it. I’ll definitely be adding it to the chili.
