All kidding aside, focusing on prevention is probably a good idea, though new research might be promising it's going to be awhile before coming to the masses.
Sounds like CBD oil is a nice start.

How is it ? I like red IPAs and I usually like their stuff
It's not a red. They have been doing the Chameleon ipa series where they change the hops and give a new color name every few months.. There has been green, blue, orange, red and baby blue. This one (red) has galaxy and Simcoe hops. It's good.

My 13 month sour. I pulled a gallon out and put it in my whiskey barrel for a month then on blackberries and raspberries I grow for another month. It's pretty damn good if not way overcarb'd...had to add fresh yeast to the bottle and used a little too much.

Looks tasty. Probably because of the extra sugar from the fruit. I had a similar thing happen and the carbonation mellowed overt time but it did take a while. Or just stick them in the back of the fridge and let them lager for a while... at the very least it'll stop the carbonation from going any further

I gave it enough time for the blackberries to ferment out. I think my bottle conditioning needs work with fresh yeast. I've never done that before, so I need to better understand the quantities. Trial and error

Mine started out as gushers but eventually the carbonation did mellow out...drawback was it took several weeks....
