Most of this jar will go into a RIS I brewed after getting DLD inspired to make a monster. Had a sample yesterday and the bad boy needs a lot more time, but has some amazing flavor along side being harsh as hell. 1.145 to 1.040 so far. Still have airlock activity. Lost two gallons to the most amazing blowoff ever.

Here's a picture from a glass. I think it's yeast or trub. Looks almost like break material, I don't mind beers that aren't clear, but for an IPA that I'm hoping isn't too old, I don't want floaters in it.
