This was a commercial version that was supposed to be low funk... Lift Bridge Farm Girl. I hate yogurt and the flavor grates that same taste area for me....

I don't really care what you brew, just letting you know that not all saisons taste the same. Perhaps you got one made with a super estery yeast. There are cleaner yeasts that don't produce the same flavors. Some have Brett/bacteria also, which could be off putting to some people.

Hows the leg lad ??
Well, the infection on my lower left leg is nearly healed. The blood clots in my left thigh femoral & efemoral arteries seem to be clearing from the Xarelto, as it's a bit easier to lay on my left side, or walk with a lil less pain than the right hip, which is about gone from supporting the weight of the left. Can't wait to get cleared up so I can get the left hip replacement going. Should kill a lot of pain, besides restoring circulation by 86'ing blood clots?...besides a big daddy size mug of coffee while contemplating breakfast.

I'm a sucker for red ipa's. Looks great. Recipe.

It's pretty damn good but I don't think it can be recreated. [emoji2]
10# pale malt
1# Crystal 60
4oz white wheat
4oz golden naked oats
2oz roasted barley
Used a blend of left over hops from previous brews. 206 grams in all. This included ; Columbus, Kohatu, Wai-Iti, Willamette , in the boil. 30gr @ 15, 40gr @10, 50gr @ 5 and 86 gr whirlpool @ 160 for 45min.
Fermented with WLP028 @ 66 for 7days and dry hopped with 1oz Mosaic and 1oz Galaxy for 4 days before cold crashing and kegging.
It's a very fruity tasting beer that has a pine and earthy finish. Kinda tastes like a fresh bag of hops smell!!

Briney Melon Gose.. love the shiz out of this beer during summer.

Off topic but I think I'm gunna pull the trigger on a SsBrewtech 20 gallon kettle and some attachments for whirlpooling. Ergggggg soooooo much money what do I do hahaha

I used 04 on this. I brewed a small beer two weeks before I knew I wanted to brew this one to get a fresh and active slurry. Aerated the hell out of the wort, pitched a ton of it, and aside from that am using prayers. At this point I am just hoping for there to be something left after the fermentation. Lots of loss going on here.

That's smart I'll have to try brewing the smaller beer method when ever I do try a massive beer. Did you end up boiling off too much or just weren't able to achieve your pre boil volume?
