On to this old dirty bastard. Well he isn't old, but he's a bastard. The label tells me so. Actually really damn tasty

I just looked at mine, it's actually a 2011. The Pannepot reserve is the 2009. I should probably drink both, but I can't bring myself to do it. The whole "I'll save it for a special occasion" thing.

I'm starting to think this is a Founders and Surly weekend coming to an end.
Pretty much.
In other news, I've been promised a BCBS. For home brew. Had to tell the dude that my beer isn't that great. He still wants to do it.
Would time help or make it worse?
if you don't do it, I'll send the guy some of my last years Pumpkin Ale fermented with WY3711.
The last time I had that it was half frozen while I was working on my non-functional snowblower.
Another nyfrb drank.
Not going to be out there f'ing with that thing again this year are you?
Not going to read the thread to catch up. Just got home from a 10.5 hour day. At least it's some OT prior to vacation. Hit the LHBS and grabbed two sacks of malt, plus other misc stuff for next week and beyond. Dragging two sacks of malt simultaneously ~100 yards uphill from my parking lot to my front door, and then up another three flights of stairs, was a lot harder than I anticipated. Oh well. Guess I don't need to hit the gym tonightbut it's rest night anyway.
Judging meads and ciders tonight got postponed. So starting "vacation" (aka burning some use it or lose it vacation time) off right, Brett Bitter. Hope you like this when you get to it, Mark. Because I'm really happy with how it turned out. Just should have dry hopped it before I bottled it.
Round one with thank to Mark. Sooooo good!!
