Sounds like you got boulevard just in time. They are putting out a lot of new beer this year now that duvel has fully taken over. Also, try some 80 acre if you see it. Its a hoppy wheat but pretty damn good for what it is.

I passed on it today but I'll grab it next time. If this was the only Boulevard beer that made it here to Ohio I would still be happy.

Probably my favorite saison thats widely available and affordable. Plus the bottles are so easy to clean and are badass.

I love the bottles I was driving to Indiana to get Tank 7 and so I have about a case of them I've cleaned. Saison Brett is one I want to try hoping it gets here soon.

Might as well try them all. I'm glad they are trying new IPAs. Never been a huge fan of the ones they currently put out.

More sugar, more alcohol. Those are close enough!. My stout i got 1.082 and suppose to be 1.066 lol. Im not complaining.

Not bad. Definitely drinkable, but it doesn't taste very fresh. I guess that's not very surprising since Rogue doesn't "believe" in bottle or best by dates.

Depends on what you mean by shelf. That one was barrel aged Everett and was limit 2 or 3. Regular Everett has been on tap recently for growler fills, but no bottles. Last time it hit bottles it was limit of 8 or 10. I'm sure next time it's bottles. It will be at least a limit of a case or more.

Everyone does it differently. Just get the basics and brew it your self. For a first time all grain I'll suggest doing BIAB. Little equipment and the cheapest/easiest why to go to all grain instead of a 3 vessel system. Once you switch you'll never go back.

I did my first all grain batch yesterday. Converted a large picnic cooler into a mash tun and it went well. I was worried and have info overload but ended doing well. DoD a porter hit my gravity and now it started fermenting this afternoon
