We typically do a week vacation at SWMBO sister's house and then the wife visits friends for a second week.
This year I can't go with her and kids due to work and need to save vacation for other family vacation later in the year. She still wanted to do the trip, so I'm bachelor and she has kids for next 10 days...

On to this while cleaning equipment for brew day tomorrow.

Got into my recently acquired stash of this year's Stone's Ruinten. Not sure the distinction between a double vs triple IPA, other than marketing, but it does not disappoint. Verges on a barleywine IMO, but that's ok, me likeee

Yep. I did promise her a spa weekend when she gets back, so I'll have my hands full with the kids then, but I'm taking advantage of the bachelor life for now. Just gotta make sure to get rid of the dead hookers before she gets back

we ain't talkin' fries, son. I can't honestly say since I've never had a whataburger, but In-N-Out makes a great drunk burger. akin to Hardee's Thick Burger. key here: drunk burger. I'm not sure I ever had In-N-Out sober. oh and how I miss Fat Burger. I could go for one right now. or a damned Macho Beef Burrito from Del Taco. I hate you people and your food I can not have.

It all depends on which 5 guys you go to. In my experience, quality varies between locations. Have yet to have Whateverburger or In-n-out, but I really do like Cook Out. That is my favorite when it comes to fast food burgers. Unfortunately the closest one to me is 4 hours away or something.

Otherwise I prefer my own homemade grilled burgers. I rarely buy burgers out anymore. Stuck at the office. Was hoping for a quiet day.... NOPE. Only 6 hours 15 minutes left.

And to think I decided to skip coffee this morning. Mind changed.
