I wonder if it's not pre-aged. That's not what the bottles we got last year looked like. But yeah, I would have bought them out for that price.

Did a little checking when I saw the labels didn't look like that since 2013 and sure enough mine was bottled 11/22/2013. I had only bought two but there was a whole case sitting out when I was there and the guy said they weren't really moving. My wedding has wiped out all my fun money or I would go back and clean them out. I saw a shop on Instagram selling these for $14.99/ea

Because, its how they stop you from mashing the 0 key until you get a human. They figure you will tire of hearing the entire message 15 times before it gives up and does what you want it to do.

I would guess it's because the person who selected them and signed the contract doesn't have to deal with it. You do.

So true it hurts. The contract was signed and install scheduled when I walked in the door. It's a great system, very robust and dependable. Getting a simple tech problem resolved is a nightmare though.
