You took all those "borish palate" comments in a positive way? Like it was constructive criticism? We're all different I guess because I took them way different. I was thinking of the term someone used on here relating to head wear for the posterior.

Drinking my last cup of work coffee. Out of here at noon then its off to the homebrew supply shop for grains and a new hydrometer....maybe 2 hydrometers.

Most I ever paid for yeast was $9 for a white labs Brett-b. Just paid $25 for a bug county. Hope it makes me a good beer...

Edit: is there a way to get more than one use out of a bug county? I'd imagine a starter would mess up the proportions of the mix, right?

It is pricey which is why I try to order a couple of vials and then some other items to get it to free shipping.

I would think a starter would mess up the proportions. I'd also plan on a decoction mash to make sure all the bugs have something to eat.

Work decided to order Indian food. Which means I'm not eating lunch today. ****.

Didn't know about free shipping (first time using that site) and I tried to checkout asap to make sure I got the bug county (but apparently not fast enough to get dirty dozen). Oh well.

Drinking water and trying to come up with a way to not go home to two sick kids and a stressed out swmbo.

Never noticed that. Just checked and, sure enough, $6.40 for USPS 2 day. I'll keep that in mind next time ECY is up. $6 for USPS is much better than $19 for UPS.

Yeah that ups option is absurd. I just ordered a 3piece ball valve yesterday and paid twelve for ups 2nd day air from AIH. :confused:

I didn't see that option either. All I saw was $15, $30, or $60. So I backed out. I'd probably do it for $6. That'll teach me to give up so quickly ;)

That's one reason I have a hard time ordering online unless shipping is cheap or free.
I got an awesome deal on a 3 piece SS ball valve. Paid 14.99 with shipping. Received it and noticed a tiny defect in it. Nothing major and wouldn't effect normal operation, but still contacted the seller about it. They sent a replacement for free, so now I have two valves for $15. Hard to beat that. :D

If i was the boss I wouldnt stop the meeting. He has to ask someone after the meeting to get the information. I havent experience that yet but i'm sure i will

I have one but the readings I get are always so off from the hydrometer that I abandoned it shortly after purchasing it
