Lots and lots of black coffee
Fuzzymittenbrewing said:Gabes Blackberry Berliner. Awesome beer man! Why don't my sour mash come out like this!?!?!? Very tart with nice fruit. I have to admit my fiancee stole most of it from me. I may have to hide the peach version from her. Thanks!
TNGabe said:Thanks. I guess I am the only one who wasn't happy with that beer. Will be rebrewing soon, though going to have to do a different fruit. I do have 5 gallons of blueberries, almost bought a half bushel of muscadine today, but resisted.

No. And the other voices in my head ensure I am never alone when I drink. This thread always makes me wonder. Is it still drinking alone if you share what you are drinking on the internet?
edit: And send me your fiance too! ;-)
Saucony creek imperial pumpkin and it's delicious with no hint of 9.5% at all great beer
Centennial Blonde which I did not leave well enough alone and threw some Belma in. I really do not like this hop. The beer is drinkable though and I will kill this keg. Maybe I will reward myself with a Oktoberfast when I finish this one.
At least it was only $5/lb
