Just drank the FG sample of my re-brew of my Maori IPA. Still very misty as I think I forgot to add the super moss.

Brew day went down the tubes. Emergency at work. I suppose the Gods don't want me brewing a Saison with Channel's yeast. I am pissed.

Hops faded a bit (I remember my first Tricerahops and how awesome it was), but this one is still good.

Gabes Blackberry Berliner. Awesome beer man! Why don't my sour mash come out like this!?!?!? Very tart with nice fruit. I have to admit my fiancee stole most of it from me. I may have to hide the peach version from her. Thanks!

Thanks. I guess I am the only one who wasn't happy with that beer. Will be rebrewing soon, though going to have to do a different fruit. I do have 5 gallons of blueberries, almost bought a half bushel of muscadine today, but resisted.

Muscadine Berliner?
I have about 5-6 lbs of muscadines in the freezer. Maybe I should do a batch of Berliner and do half of the batch with them.

New Glarus Berliner had Riesling grapes or a them wine grapes.

Highland citra cask hopped gaelic and greenman wayfarer at vintner. Time to pick up the mrs and do some cereal drinking!

Sounds good to me! I sent out like 4 packages over the last few days though so it will have to be next week for me.

One of the packages USPS played football with or something. Sorry again about that one Malin and no need to send anything back.

Drinking Mtn Dew at work.. Going to need to work out again tonight even though i really would rather not. After that i plan on pounding a few tonight though!

A local brewery in my area did a DIPA with all Belma and I couldn't stand it.
