Holy f00k! This is spectacular. I must age something in Chardonnay barrels. From my tasting I'd say I they went in this order from best to worst.. Temptation, Supplication, Consecration, and Sanctification. By no means were any of them bad. I have been turned off by the hoppy stuff lately. I might start experiment with brewing sours quite soon. Time to pick up a book and spend extra time researching here!

It's pretty. My dad has been keeping bees since I was little, though he nor I have ever tried making mead.

Truth is, there really is no beer that holds a flame to this. This can is three months old. I've had numerous dipas. this is truly unique.

The best beer ever? I doubt it. But a damn good beer? No doubt. When conan goes live, we'll all be reminiscing about the chico days.

did enjoy it very much. Harvesting yeast out of that one, since we definitely don't get this stuff down here everyday, so no swilling out of the can.Coming up to NE probably in a month or to for the wife's family. I will be making a trip to the brewery to try and stock up.
