Dude, that pissed me off. I normally don't mind Shipyard. Decent beer (middle of the road). For some reason, it tastes way better when I'm fishing off of the dock in Maine. But when I'm in Connecticut, it's average for micro-brew.

The Smashed Pumpkin is sweet as ****. Totally turned me off after the first couple of sips. I need to send you my Pumpkin Ale. Pumpkin and pumpkin pie flavor but you definitely get the smoothness and a tad of hops - yes, all 18 IBU of it.

I'm drinking a black saison. Finishing up round 1 of the annual eggplant parmesean freezing project. This year will be the first time breaking it up into eggplant, then sauce, then assembly. If I do two round of eggplant, that should be about 12 8x8 pans to put in the deep freeze.

Haha, I was drooling over remmy's food until you put it that way.

Drinking some Defiant Tripel and just finished some leftover eggplant parm actually. Couldn't imagine freezing that much of it.

The Tripel is good. Smooth for 9%, silky mouthfeel. Mostly bubblegum, some banana, and a bit of pepper on the finish.

I plan on living for a long time. I workout regularly and need any kind of calories to keep my muscle. Even if it means slamming beers down every now and again (carbs, FTL). My BF is still under 10% and I don't look like a beer-drinker, which is what ultimately matters. :fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro::fro:
