It’s finally Grodziski bottling day!

As I was drinking my Einbeck-produced Pilsner yesterday, my mind was drifting over into the Bock direction. Hey, I think I have a Maibock deep in the Beermeister32 Bierhoard!

I bought a 4-pack of these, but only 3 of them fit my 1-Liter Maßkrug! This loner was sadly forgotten, lagering for months…. In 38F temperature controlled storage!

Ayinger is one of the best - laying it to the Einbeckers in grand style! At 7% ABV, it’s a hefty drinker, a beer usually saved for May celebrations world-wide. Except for you May-day Commies, go drink your Vodka!

I’m surprised I still had this, we’re almost due for the 2025 seasonal release. Being a fairly heavy brew, it lagers well, this 2024 batch is delicious. Prost!

Whoa. That is beautiful. I respect your skills, sir.
You are much too kind sir, as looks can be deceiving. LOL!! Actually it turned out pretty good if I may say so myself. I’ll find out how it’s received by someone with a more refined taste than mine. I’ve entered this one and my year old imperial stout in a regional contest judged by pro brewers.

Well, if they give points for aesthetics, you have that category sewn up. Makes me crave another Cigar City Maduro.

I’m waiting for the keg to kick. This one will hurt when it’s gone. Absolutely the best beer I’ve made in 20+ years. I’ve had many years to make a yearly rotation. I’ve finally covered all the taps. Black tap has a new friend. There will never be a spring that I don’t make a max batch of this!

Secret Santa IPA. Nice citrusy aroma and taste, well balanced, not too bitter. Very easy to drink. Brewed in NY (🤔) by Ellicottville Brewing. I'd never seen a buckeye before so it was cool that Santa included some. I might start including some AL grown peanuts with my swaps.

Medley is a Tree House Double IPA aggressively hopped with four favorite American hops: Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic. Ceylon Swirl - Vintage Pour

Ceylon Swirl - Vintage PourStout - Imperial

12% ABV
Ceylon Swirl is a barrel-blended Imperial Stout featuring various threads from our barrel program carefully blended with a portion of fresh stout. It has been conditioned upon both cinnamon and vanilla before finally resting on a thoughtful dose of Tree House coffee beans. The finished beer has incredible complexity with notes of smooth vanilla crème, rich chocolate cookie dough, and pleasant cinnamon spice, all supported by delicate oak and bourbon undertones throughout. Decadent, well-rounded, and artfully crafted, Ceylon Swirl is a beer that invites you to sit back, relax, and enjoy!
