At "U Salzmannu" in Pilsen.

It's really mind-boggling how different this beer is on tap, drawn from a tank, compared to the rather "generic industrial pale lager" you'll find in the bottle.

Foam like whipped cream, rich, somewhat sweet, with that deep hoppiness penetrating it all from start to finish, providing an herbal, lightly citrusy freshness to balance out what would otherwise come off as heavy.

I haven't been able to spot it yet, we had over 2 weeks of rain, literally not a break in the clouds... last night was the first night out since the comet should be visible, and I wasn't out late enough to see it. Looking clear again Saturday into Sunday so I plan to make an effort then, but I might have to take a drive to get a better view of the western sky.

Edit, my mistake, appears it's still in the east, for me would have to look for it just before the sun comes up, I believe it will shift to the west in the next couple weeks.
